SkyVision Centers celebrates their 15 year Anniversary in 2020
We are beginning 2020 with our 15th Anniversary here in Westlake!
The New Year causes us to reflect on the past and we asked staff members to reflect on their time with SkyVision Centers and share their answer to this question:
What makes being part of the SkyVision Team meaningful to you?
Hayley
Jasmine
Abbey
Lenora
Randy
Hayley, our newst ophthalmic tech:“I love working in an environment so family-oriented, and with a staff that genuinely cares for the patients. Skyvision is my home away from home.”
“I like being the queen . . . of prior authorizations!”, shares Jasmine (and friend LOL) – a seasoned SkyVision technician.
Abbey, from Reception adds: “I just started at SVC a few months ago and I feel like every employee welcomed me in with open arms. Now, I call everyone my friend.”
Lenora, our most senior ophthalmic technician: “It makes me so proud to work with people who care about the patients and the job that they do for them. The people I work with care about each other and that makes it a very special place to work.”
Randy, an ophthalmic technician shares: “They call me “Mini-Fox”, (not Silver Fox aka Dr. Schlegel). Oh, and it’s pretty rad working with my dad!”
Holly
Dr. Dana G.
Connie
Jess
Dr. Sarah S.
Holly Taylor, a pediatric speech pathologist: “What makes being part of this great team meaningful to me is that I’m treated as part of the team despite not being in eyecare!”
Dr. Dana Griesmer: “The great staff and patient community really make my days feel worthwhile! Also, being within walking distance of Trader Joe’s is great too!”
Connie, Business Development/Marketing for SVC: “Our staff and it’s caring attitude is truly genuine not only toward our patients but to one another . . . I enjoy being part of an independently run medical practice whose primary focus is on providing the most caring, comprehensive, and up-to-date eye care by utilizing our highly experienced and motivated team of professionals.”
Jessica, an ophthalmic technician, loves adventure and “being able to go to Trader Joes on my break”.
Dr. Sara Schoeck, one of our 3 SVC optometrists: “It is a pleasure and honor to practice with Dr. White and be part of SVC. Each day is rewarding, interesting and fun! It is truly a team and family atmosphere within a cutting-edge practice. SVC reflects a patient-focused philosophy when each member of SVC is valued for their input, experience, and talents. It is refreshing to be part of a practice that cares about quality, patients and one another.”
Jennifer
Jacqui
Alicia
Jennifer, our senior ophthalmic technician (with a dry sense of humor), smiles and says: “I love doing calcs”. That must be an inside joke, right?
Jacqui is an SVC optician: “Dr. White and Beth treat us like we’re a part of their family and genuinely take an interest in each of us and our families.”
Alicia is another one of our awesome opticians: “Having to work alongside some of the kindest most thoughtful and adept people all while helping patients” makes being a member of the SVC team meaningful to her.
Cindy, one of our (camera shy) surgical coordinators answers: “I absolutely love our patients and the diversity of my job”
Maria, a (camera shy) ophthalmic technician: “I enjoy working in such a family-oriented business. I have the opportunity to work part-time flexible hours and still spend time with my grandson.”
Wishing everyone a fantastic 2020, a year for great vision!
